Pricing

Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

  • With Consultant/Clinical Psychiatrist / Consultant Clinical Psychologist   (Recommended for more complex presentations or  those with a psychiatric history)

    • £850 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

  • With an ADHD Specialist Nurse or Specialist Pharmacist or Senior Registrar (with oversight from Dr Johnson)

    •  £550 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

  • This includes:

    • 90-120 minute clinical consultation 

    • Review of rating scales (e.g. BAARS-IV, WFIRS, PHQ-9/GAD-7)

    • Collateral history from a family member (if available)

    • Detailed written diagnostic report with treatment recommendations

    • Liaison with GP

    • If diagnostic uncertainty remains and a second appointment is required, this will be conducted without any additional charge 

Follow-Up Appointments

Standard follow-up

  • with a Consultant/Clinical Psychiatrist (30 minutes): 

    •  £160 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

  • With an ADHD Specialist Nurse/Pharmacist Prescriber or Specialist Registrar (30 minutes):

    •  £100 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

Reassessment

(In cases where there is already an existing diagnosis and a detailed diagnostic report available - 60 minute consultation)​

  • With a Consultant/Clinical Psychiatrist

    • £450 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

  • With an ADHD Specialist Nurse/Pharmacist or Senior Registrar

    • £300 (plus £25 prescription charge if applicable)

Additional Services

  • Letter to employer/educational institution:

    • £50

  • Consultant report for DSA, PIP or occupational health:

    • £50

​

  • Missed appointment or late cancellation (<48h):

    • £100

  • Prescription charge for any prescriptions issued outside of a clinic appointment.

    • £25​

Payment Information

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer. 

  • 50% payment is required to secure an assessment appointment.

  • The remaining payment will have to be made before the diagnostic report is emailed to the person referred and their GP.

  • Missed appointment or late cancellation (<24 hours): 50% of appointment cost

  • Invoicing and receipts can be provided for private health insurance reimbursement (if eligible).
